Just like the last several years. Easiest way is to go into Threes mode. Get yourself a breakaway with 2 of your players and use

while the puck is on the way to smack a one-timer. Sooner or later one will go in and bleep bloop. It's easiest to get breakaways when the CPU has the puck down in your end and you take it from them and just sprint past the defenders. Also playing on Rookie makes it easier.
