If you have a second controller you can easily do this in shootout mode; first controller should choose away to shoot first, and in settings turn on goalie control for the second controller (home). Once you load in use the second controller to move the GK to the side then with your first controller skate straight forward to shoot. I took a slap shot from between the blue line and top of the circles and hit the bottle first time (right stick quickly back then forward). There is going to be variation based on your timing and the player you use but if you start the motion as soon as you cross the blue line and keep your left stick straight up it shouldn’t take long.

accidentally luckily got this in be a pro somehow lol no idea how just a random shot during be a pro season game wow awesome

Thank you so much for this I was trying for the past 4 hours in NHL 19 trying to get this achievement and started looking at the other solutions on the different games got this my 3rd try using your method

Pretty self-explanatory. I suggest getting this natural and NOT playing against a controller(team) with an empty net because the players wont shoot high on an empty net. 3v3 seems to work best. That's how I unlocked it.
