In the world of chel main menu/hub, select customize.
Customer skater then presentation, then go to intro animation on your right.
Even in the beginning of the mode you can get this by selecting humble and then changing your intro to any one there, after that go back and make sure you save your character at the bottom (green circle) hit save and the achievement should unlock for equipping an intro animation.
