How to unlock the Synergized achievement in NHL 21 - Definitive Guide

Achievement may sound a little misleading. To get the achievement, the synergy must be a 10 player synergy NOT a 4 or 6 or 8. I got a 4 player synergy that was active and I was freaking out. Just buy really cheap players from the auction house. I spent about 3000 coins. Took about 5 minutes. Hope this helps!

Just to add. I believe the player synergies are silver while the team synergies are the bronze ones.

Just a suggestion, try doing auto fill for a synergy like Heart and Soul before buying players. I went and bought 3 of them and then did a Synergy auto fill and it turned out I already had 16 from my starter packs so didn’t actually need to buy any in the first place.

Can confirm with the suggestion for trying auto fill synergies. Did that and did the first option "balanced" and immediately got the achievement to pop for me.

Most efficient way is thanks to erod550. Auto fill lineup by synergy and balanced as the criteria. Thanks!

Yes, I also did exactly what erod550 said and I was able to unlock this achievement as well without buying any players from the auction house.
