NHL 21

From the title screen select Be A Pro mode.

Once you're in the screen where you're entering your info about your player and picking his/her gear, at the end where you can pick between playing in Canada (OHL, QMJHL, WHL) for the Memorial Cup, in Europe for the Champions Hockey League Trophy, or directly into the NHL by your default favorite NHL team, MAKE SURE YOU SELECT PLAY IN EUROPE as your players story.

From there you can adjust game setting and sliders.

Once you're able to start playing games, keep winning via sim (whole game or by period) or you can play the game to rack up points to help your draft position.

Make sure you win the Champions Hockey League Trophy (via sim or playing the game).

Achievement will pop as soon as the game ends with YOU winning.

To get this achievement you need to win the Champions Hockey League before you get drafted into the NHL; this achievement took me a while because sometimes the games are simmed and your team may lose during the sim (even on Rookie difficulty); here is what finally worked for me:

1. From the main menu of NHL 21, scroll down and select "Rosters"

2. Go to "Player Movement" and select any team from the CHL (Champions Hockey League), and one of the All-Star teams in the NHL; swap all of the players of the two teams (press to select players from both teams and to confirm); the CHL team should now have all the players from the NHL All-Stars team

3. Start Be a Pro and select Europe to play in when prompted, then join the the team you modified from the CHL (if done correctly the team's stats should all be in the 90s)

4. Sim through the season and pick whatever for the interviews; your team should easily dominate the league and earn you the achievement
