While the requirements are pretty simple to understand from the description, if you are trying to knock out wins quickly your best best is to play the HUT Rush mode. HUT Rush games are first-goal-wins scenarios, which can often be beaten in a handful of seconds (plus load times, menus, etc) rather than taking a few minutes to knock out another single-player challenge or multiplayer contest. Note that while in HUT Rush mode, Achievements may not unlock until you exit the mode back to the menu.
