Go to offline tab threes and select circuit
Select western conference and play on semi-pro vs Chicago play with money puck and goal limit 3 when available win the game 3-0(pro unlocks Dennis savard also) lineup should automatically add tommy hawk simply score with him during the next game vs St. Louis

From the Main Menu go to Offline, then NHL Threes, and then Threes Now. Select your side and choose either the Eastern or Western Mascots, and pick your opponent to be the International Team Japan by holding the Left Trigger to change leagues until you find the desired team.
Before starting you can go into Game Settings and adjust difficulty and sliders in your favour to make this as easy as possible. From there Advance to the game and simply score a goal against your opponent. The achievement will unlock right away.
