To get this you need to play one rivals game in HUT to completion or win by someone else quitting and awarding you the win. Then when the weekly season ends check back in HUT and it will give you rewards and the achievement. It is possible this achievement will not work when the season periods end on 9/25/22 at 9PM PST.
