NHL Ones is an Online 1 v 1 v 1 mode located under the World of CHEL menu where each you try to score the most goals against an AI goalie in 3 minutes. Each win takes you up a Round, with the tournament being 3 Rounds. In order to unlock the achievement, you must play and WIN a match in Round 1, the final round. You start in Round 3 and each win takes you up a round, with your ranking resetting every 24 hours so ideally you'll want to do this all in one sitting.

You will need a total of 3 Xboxes and 7 gamertags along with a couple of hours to unlock this, either by triple boxing it yourself or doing it with a boosting crew. It will take a total of 13 played games to accomplish this, you'll want to number the accounts 1 through 7 with accounts 1 being the one that needs the achievement.

When playing, idle accounts get kicked after twenty seconds so the fastest way to get this is to have the account that needs the win skate around till they get kicked and it'll be awarded the win to advance. No scoring required!

Each account is eliminated with a loss, so they'll have to re-enter the tournament, which will happen multiple times following the ladder:

Match 1 - Round 3
1 v 2 v 3. 1 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 2 - Round 3
2 v 3 v 4. 2 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 3 - Round 3
3 v 4 v 5. 3 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 4 - Round 2
1 v 2 v 3. 1 wins the match, advances to the Final

Match 5 - Round 3
2 v 3 v 4 - 2 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 6 - Round 3
3 v 4 v 5 - 3 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 7 - Round 3
4 v 5 v 6. 4 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 8 - Round 2
2 v 3 v 4. 2 wins the match, advances to the Final

Match 9 - Round 3
3 v 4 v 5. 3 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 10 - Round 3
4 v 5 v 6. 4 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 11 - Round 3
5 v 6 v 7. 5 wins the match, advances to Round 2

Match 12 - Round 2
3 v 4 v 5. 3 wins the match, advances to the Final

Match 13 - Final Round
1 v 2 v 3. 1 wins the match, unlocks the achievement
