Similar to the between the legs goal ("Kid's A Beauty"), you click LB and hold down Right Stick (RS) in order to put the puck between your legs, then just press RT to pass. Easiest to do this with sliders on so that the AI players and goalie are super slow and then just go on a breakaway and cross crease it. Because of the sliders, the goalie won't move very fast and will leave you with an easy empty net to score.
