Pretty easy to get, once you get an ability you must activate it in the skills menu. Once done the achievement will pop.

How do u unlock an ability I did a whole season and never got one

I should have explained, my apologies.
To unlock abilities you must go through dialogue with your manager until you’re able to unlock the goal for a special move. Once you complete the goal to unlock that, you must then turn on the ability.

The first ability you can unlock is Spin-O-Rama. It requires the following:
to navigate to the My Player menu and selecting Abilities and to Abilities Progress. Once you've unlocked it, you'll get a conversation where the coach praises you for your level of play and you'll get an X-Factor point as a reward. Then you can go into Abilities add it on the Active Abilities tab under either Zone Abilities or Superstar Abilities and the achievement will unlock when you back out to the menu.
- Play 5 Games
- Get 2 Assists
- Score 2 Goals
- Get 5 Hits
