The easiest way to do it is to get drafted by the Seattle Kraken, and then after the preseason, put the game on rookie, and try to Do as many goals in the first game. The achivement should pop after the game.

You honestly don't even need to do much at all, cause rookie records count. I was able to get this to pop with 1 goal and 2 assist cause this got me 3 records (goals, assists, and points by a rookie.)
