Just go in to play now, set the periods to 4 or 5 minutes to give yourself time. I took a penalty to help the other team keep the puck in our zone ( Just flip the puck over the glass in defensive zone). Now while the other team has the puck just try to stay in front of the player with the puck while holding RB and swinging the right joy stick side to side, as soon as you block a shot that way the achievement pops
