Head over to the Hockey Ultimate Team mode, then, head over to single player, click on squad battles and pick a team to play against and if you win the achievement will unlock, if not don't worry you can keep trying until you get it.
No real strategy for this if you are struggling except to play against the lowest rated team and make sure you're on rookie difficulty.
