Using two controllers, do shootout mode with 5 rounds, have goalie control on (second controller) when it's your turn to shoot , first use the second controller and move the goalie off to the side , then with original controller skate in and wind up and shoot a slap shot in-between the blue line and faceoff circles while holding up on the left stick. Rematch as necessary until you get it.

Using your left stick when aiming you will see a green/red/blue dot go around the goal.
When the dot is green and is at the top of the goal unload your shot. If it gets past the goalie you should knock the bottle off.
