This can be earned in any World of CHEL game mode.
Easiest way to do it is in a Pro-Am game against computers. Get the game to OT and score a game winning OT goal.
You'll need to make sure you're playing a game that is three periods of hockey and not just first to score three goals.
You can also do this in Ones Eliminator on your way through the Ones Eliminator achievements.

So I just got this achievement for scoring in OT, but the game wasn't over! First to 5, score was 2-1, and I scored to go up 3-1, but the achievement popped!

Today it unlocked for me, in World of Chel > Am Pro first to 3.
We were tied 2-2 and it must have been 4th "period"
