Pick the Seattle Kraken. Since they're a new team, you should get it as soon as you score your 28th goal, as McCann had 27 in their first year.

Two ways to do this, depending on how fast you want the achievement.

Now if you want this quick, choose the Seattle Kraken or the Vegas Golden Knights. Since both are newer franchises, they have much lower franchise records you can shatter in a game or two. You can check their records in Be A Pro by going to My Team / Record Book. The achievement will pop at the end of the game when you break a record.

If you are in this mode for the long haul (i.e. going for the Greatness & Golden Years achievements) choose your favourite team and work on this as you play through the season. You will likely break the franchise record for most goals in a season first, most teams are in the 50 to 60 range and you can get that in one game with adjusted sliders if you really want.

The achievement will pop at the end of the game when you break a record.
