This can be done in World of CHEL.
You can either play as a club with friends or you can play a drop in game with random teammates/computer teammate.
Once you win your first game of the eliminator tournament, the achievement will unlock.
If you’re having trouble, I would recommend playing as a defensemen and focus on the other team not scoring. More often than not, your teammates are more than happy to handle the scoring for your team, and having someone focused on defense and good passes up ice can get easy wins.
