OR you can simply start each game and immediately leave, it will count as a loss, but the achievements says to Complete, not win. I just did this and it only took 15 minutes.
UPDATE: Seeing the comments on this post I just played this game to say the Rivals Seasons are Dead and will probably not return, due to 24 being out now. Classic EA, but whaddya expect.
This achievement is also on NHL 24. I'm sure you can do the same thing on that one as well.

Could be buggy. After I played my third it said placement games complete and I didn't get the achievement.
