The Ones Eliminator is an Online 1 v 1 v 1 tournament mode located under the World of CHEL menu where each you try to score the most goals against an AI goalie in 3 minutes. Each win takes you up a Round, with the tournament being 3 Rounds. In order to unlock the achievement, you must play and WIN a match in the Finals, but luckily you don't need play the entire game or score if you're boosting.
This is a bigger pain to boost than the previous NHL titles because if you exit CHEL to sign into a different account you lose your place in the tournament and have to start all over again. Thus, you now need a total of 7 Xboxes/7 gamertags in order to boost. It will take a total of 13 played games to accomplish this, you'll want to number the accounts 1 through 7 with accounts 1 being the one that needs the achievement.
When playing, the fastest way is to have the losing accounts quit out after a few seconds of game time. If you're multi boxing by yourself and that's too many controllers to manage, idle accounts get kicked after 20 seconds so just skate around with the winning account until they get kicked and give you the win.
Before you start make sure every account goes to the CHEL Main Menu, selects Settings, and turns off Crossplay. This will mean you can only play Xbox players.
Each account is eliminated with a loss, so they'll have to re-enter the tournament, which will happen multiple times following the ladder:
Match 1
1 v 2 v 3. 1 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 2
2 v 3 v 4. 2 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 3
3 v 4 v 5. 3 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 4
1 v 2 v 3. 1 wins the match, advances to the Finals
Match 5
2 v 3 v 4 - 2 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 6
3 v 4 v 5 - 3 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 7
4 v 5 v 6. 4 wins the match, advances to Round 2
Match 8
