First you want to go to the HUT store and buy the limited time pack which as of this writing is called the training pack. It is a free pack.

Then go to your HUT lineup and put in (your lineup should be full so this should be a substitution) the card that you get from this pack. Once this card is in your lineup the achievement should unlock.

No you gotta goto the card and hit sub on it and should pop the achievement.

Yes "put in" = sub

I added them to my line up it didn't pop till I went to the specific card and tried to sub them out for a different person.
