From the Main Menu:
- Online
- Hockey Ultimate Team
- Select HUT Rush Threes from the main screen
- Select Draft and pick your cards for a team
- From there you can Play CPU or Play Online
- Win or lose, it doesn't matter. You only have to complete five games
- If you're playing online and your opponent quits that also counts as a game played since you'll get the end game screen

To add on to everything The Cherished said, as soon as the game starts you can quit and it counts as a Loss so just do that 5x. I named my team Free Win, went afk the 1st game and it took forever since sweaty wouldn't run out the clock then started leaving the 2nd game and it worked 100x faster

The cheesy quit method didn't work for me, fwiw.
