A "gimme" achievement as you get an X-Factor player card when you create a team in Ultimate Team but the achievement won't unlock automatically.
The key is you have to go into your HUT Lineup, remove the X-Factor player card and then re-add him or her for the achievement to unlock.
From the HUT Main Menu tab over to My Team and then Edit Lineup, select the X-Factory player, substitute with another card and then add it back for the achievement to pop.
