A Power Play Goal is scored when a team has an advantage over the other in players due to penalties.
Ex. Team A commits a hooking penalty and loses one player for two minutes as a penalty. Team B is now on a Power Play.
You can set penalties to high sensitivity (all the way up) and wait for the other team to commit a penalty against you. Then, turn the penalty settings all the way down while you attempt to score a Power Play Goal.
This can be done against an AI team, but can also be done using two controllers. Place the second controller on the team playing against you, and have it commit a penalty. Next, pull the goalie on the second controller's team and use your main account to score an easy goal.
