Turn off penalties ,and play as a team with a lot of big guys. If you play full length games, you will get it in two or three games. Press "B" to hit people.

this achievement will come depending on what time of game you play. i play a very physical game so i am using the bruins for my franchise team.i average around 60 - 65 hits a game so i got this achievement in no time. if you play with a team like the penguins then i suggest trading to bulk up your last two lines of offense with hard hitting players like milan lucic in boston,getzlaf in Anaheim or george perros also in Anaheim.
