do a quick match, any two teams, two controllers. Crank up the penalty settings and use the 2nd controller to get penalties. Reset the penalty value every time in the settings so you don't get called for a penalty which is easy to do. When on the PP, have 2nd controller pull the goalie and then you score. Rinse and repeat two more times and it will pop up during your 3rd PP goal celebration.

Also do this method to get 10 & 30 total PPG in the game.

If you want to 1000 this game you will be grinding out alot of games. The best method is to play with 4 controllers. Set yours main profile to one team and set the others to the 2nd team. When you get into the game lock one of the controllers as the goalie so you can easily move him out of the way. Turn penalties all the way up and let the 2nd team take penalties on you. Once you get a power play just skate down the ice and score into the empty net. If the other team isn't taking penalties you can always have the goalie hold the puck and then move him into the lined off areas in the corners of the rink. This will get a 2 min penalty. If that is the case change one of the other controllers to goalie control and move the goalie out of the way during the faceoff. After 3 PPGs in one game this will unlock in game
