This is for winning 50 games. Both quick play and franchise games count towards the total (don't know if minirink or pond hockey games count or not).
Obviously the best way is to set the game to 1 minute periods and just grind away.

Simply win 50 games. Use 1 minute periods to make it go by quicker.

Whenever you win a game they will be counting towards this trophy. It CANNOT be done by simming games! Just put the the periods to 1 min and win the game!
