From main menu, go to the Manage Roster tab, then click on the Create Player tab.
Fill out the appropriate info slots, add attributes and when you're done click START. The Ducks trophy will then unlock.

Go into the Features section at the main menu and go to create a player. Simply create a player and save.

From the main menu, select "Manage Rosters," then select "Create Player." If you want to make your own player then do so, but if you just want the trophy hit 
and press yes, and the trophy will pop up.
