Play a quick game, teams don't matter, but on the screen where you pick your teams, hit Y for game options. You can change any values, but towards the bottom of this list there is a spot to pick the arena. Pick Wrigley Field, then just win the game.
You are free to change any settings, mess with any sliders, even use a 2nd controller to make it really easy.

Go to quick game and press 
and select Wrigley Field for the venue. Just win the game there. You'll also unlock the "Avalanche Trophy" when you win the game if you choose the home team.

Select "Play Now" and before you start your game press 
for "Game Options." At the very end change the arena to Wrigley Field and win the game.
