To do this, you need to score 10 points with one single player on your team. You get 1 point for every goal and 1 point for every assist.

Start a quick play game, and pick whatever teams you feel like using. To make this achievement even easier, use a 2nd controller for the opposing team. The reason this makes it easier is because after the puck drops, on the opposing teams controller you can hit start, then go to "Coaching", then "Pull Goalie" to make scoring even easier.

You are also free to mess with any sliders, and change any settings you wish.

Trivia note: 10 points is actually the real-world NHL record for points in a game held by Daryl Sittler who did it while playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs (hence the achievement description) against the Boston Bruins.

i changed the time of the game from five minutes to seven minutes,this makes the game clock move slower and give you enough time to get the ten points in one game with one player. i got the achievement at the end of the second period with my created player
