To win 10 ranked matches, you can either do them legit or boost with a friend.
If you boost with a friend, you MUST finish the entire game. Quitting out does NOT work.
EDIT: Your friend can quit out 9 times and play out the 10th to get the achievement.

Select the Ranked Match option in Quick Play and win 10 games. You can try to boost these using the Achievement Trading Thread to find others.
