From main menu, go to the Manage Roster tab, then click on the Create Team tab. Name your team, add team colours, and add the number of people to your team (23 players maximum; minimum of 12 forwards, 6 defenseman, and 2 goalies)
Click start when finishing the above and the Rangers Trophy will unlock.

Go into Features and select create a team. Make your team of superstars for the franchise achievements mentioned for "Blue Jackets Trophy".
