The trivial way to get this achievement is once in a game, go into options, NHL Rules, and turn off penalties entirely. Play the game out and you'll get the achievement (win or lose, doesn't matter).

Go into the Settings and turn penalties off. Then play a quick game with 1 minute periods. Doesn't matter if you win or lose.

This can be a little fustrating because you can't get called for a penalty in a game. My suggesion is when the game starts, win the faceoff and just skate in circles for the entire game, or go to "Game Settings" and turn penalties off.
