In a Pro quick match (or franchise...your choice), set sliders to 15 minute quarters to give you more time for this. Make sure that your clock is set to real time and not advanced so that your penalties won't be over before they start. Turn penalties on and under the penalty menu, turn all the penalties up all the way, including penalty minutes. Make sure you already have your sliders set for CPU ability and USER ability so that you can still easily mop the floor with the other team. Now choose your teams (quick match preferred). I used Calgary Flames since I am used to using their offense. For the opposing team, pick a team with weak defense and a weak goalie. I picked the Columbus Blue Jackets for the CPU. Once the game starts try to let the other team have the puck often. On defense, start hitting everyone in sight using the right stick. (Be careful not to click it or it will switch to goalie mode). After some time, the ref will start calling you for penalties. Hopefully you will eventually have 2 players in the penalty box. You will know when it says 3on5 during the faceoff (or try counting your players). Then use your best offense with your 3 guys and try to score. One timers are the best bet for a score (quick pass and shoot). If you don't get it the first time, keep trying within the game...there should be plenty of time. It may take you a few tries if you are unfamiliar with hockey games. This one unlocks when the game is over.
