Do NOT waste your time playing full games with each team.

You can do this on shootout, preferably with two controllers. Set the other team to one with a terrible goalie (like Boston or Columbus) and go through winning with each team. Shootouts are best of 5 shots and end when one team has clinched victory. They take less than a minute each.

Pretty simple, should achieve this in about an hour. Set the period length to 1:00 minute. You don't have to win the game, just play with all 30 teams.
