Firstly you need to go into settings and choose :
Rookie Difficulty
Period Length 1 min
Human Skill set all sliders to 100
CPU skill set all sliders to 10
Secondly choose Quick Game
and Thirdly choose your team.
Choose a good team with a good offense like Detroit or Dallas and try to score as many goals as possibl. This should then get your team to earn all the three stars and the achievement is yours.
