To make this easier edit the sliders to 100 for you and 0 for the CPU. Also make the penalty time be 2 full minutes for each minor. Turn the penalties all the way up as well.

When you get into a game just use the RS for "intense" contact. You should get a couple quick penalties. Once you are down 2 men just focus on scoring a goal. With the sliders all in your favor you should be able to score pretty easily. Try wrap arounds and/or a quick backhand deke on a breakaway to score easily.

First, get ahead by two goals, closing on the end of the third period (5 minute period). Get your team's Goalie possession of the puck, then move him to one of the corners behind the net, which results in a penalty.

Note: The Penalty area is OUTSIDE of the Trapezoid behind the net, not inside.

This gets a 2 minute minor for Delay of game. Repeat the process, so that you are down two men, for a 5 on 3. The computer should pull their goalie for an extra attacker. After they do so, take the puck down to the other side, and net an empty net goal. Let the game end, and the achievement should unlock.
