Can be done with 2 controllers. Use the second controller to take a penalty. Use the RS for "intense" contact to rack up a quick penalty. At the next faceoff use the 2nd controller to pause it and pull the goalie. Now with your 1st controller score into the empty net. Achievement unlocks as soon as you score.

It actually pops up at the end of the game, not at the time of the goal.

Score on a power play (5 on 4 or 5 on 3). Their team needs to have someone in the penalty box. Easiest on ROOKIE.
