Go into the options and change the difficulty to Pro. Also change the period length to 10 minutes. Edit the sliders in your favor. Give yourself 100 in each category and give the CPU 0 in each.
Start up a game with an All Star team and play against Belarus. With the sliders turned in your favor you should be able to easily score 10+ goals without having the CPU score any. Once you are up 11 or 12 goals just skate around or find a dead spot on the ice where the CPU won't bother you and run out the clock. Achievement unlocks at the end of the game.

Beat an opponent by 10 or more. Use an All-Star team vs. Denmark or Belarus. PRO or better. This can be done using 3 minute periods and a little tweaking of the sliders to gain some advantage.
