The easiest way to get PIMs (Penalty Minutes) is to set the fighting slider in NHL rules as high as it will go, since each fight completed, win or lose will net you 5 PIMs, then go to each individual player on your team and edit there fighting likelihood attribute to be 100, this will give you 3 to 4 fights per game. Happy fighting and good luck. 150 PIMs is equivalent to 30 fights.

Start a dynasty, trade for Carcillo Brashear Avery Godard and anyone else that is like them like Laraque and just hook fight trip and interfere with other players
