In the main menu select (with

Play Mode: Regular Season
Team 1: Favorite team to win
Team 2: Favorite team to crush
Per. Lenghth: 5 Minutes
Goalies: Auto Control
User Records: On
Penalties: Off
Line Changes: On
When you selected everything press
and select sides.
Now before the game starts, you see the jumbotron. Go down to "Edit Lines" and press
. Now just change a player with a player that is not in the line up (press on the player you want to change and then again on the "new" player). Then press and go down to "Save Team Line". Achievement should pop right after.
