These maze's are accessed using Dreamer Door's, you can first access these after story progression and as part of the 2nd side quest, you get a key to be able to unlock them.
The danger level is a level inside the door that increases by being inside for X amount of time and by also killing enemies, this can be reduced by speaking to NPC's or the Idol's inside the doors.
I got the achievement on the 2nd door I entered as it took me a while to get through it, the enemies become extremely high leveled as the levels get higher, I was level 26 and the enemies were level 50+ by the time danger level came around so be careful.
The achievement can be obtained by just entering a door and then afking if you really want it, otherwise it will come by natural progression more than likely
