This is a bit of a strange one, you basically need to have 4 higgledies in your party that all have the same accessory in their little picture, so for example goggles (what I used), the 4 higgledies I used were:

Popple the Pure
Whiting the Lightning
Gyre the Flyer

I just unlocked this by using 3 higgles with pilot goggles and one higgle with aviator sunglasses.

I ended up getting this by accident just cause I thought it’d be cool having them all have the devil horns lol
