Easiest method is to just go into a local game, change the game settings to 1 stock mode, and just walk off the stage when the game starts. It doesn't matter if you win or lose so this way a battle only takes around 2-5 seconds (depending how fast you can run off 
). Once the match is over you can just select the option to play again and keep doing this until you hit 100 games.
If you select a random character as your own you also have a very high chance of completing the Say My Name! achievement simultaneously!

I would also recommend to set the CPUs level to 0 because that makes them not move at all and to also pick the stage Reptar's Ruins because the game will spawn you at a ledge so you only have to move to the left to fall and while your falling move the left joystick down to fall faster

These matches are, from the main menu, either in Battle or Online. Obviously, the fastest way is to choose Battle and do this offline, either against the CPU or a second controller. In terms of getting this as fast as possible though, the fastest way to grind this out is to set the rules to single stock so you have one life, start up a match with any characters, pick a map with a place to fall off, and then as soon as the match starts, run off the platform and kill yourself to end the battle. Choose rematch, and repeat over and over to do 100 battles.
Note that you should unlock Smashing! (10G), Wicked (30G), and Not Even a Contest (100G) first, and Say My Name! (10G) at the same time as this.

The fastest way I found to get this and the other “play x number of matches” was to set the rules to stock. Change the time to 5 seconds and begin the match with whoever. Then just mash the 
button. Mashing will automatically rematch after the round is over.

From the stage select screen hold down Y to be able to change your settings. The absolute fastest way I found to do this is to change it to stamina, then down to 5 health. After that load up the map Reptar's Ruins as it puts you directly across from the opponent with only a few feet of space between. Then choose Squidward as your character. Enemy doesn't matter but put their difficulty level to 0. From there simply run forward and hit B. Squidward should do his pizza box move and the match is over in less than a second. Simply hit rematch and repeat the process.
