Do we know if we have to GET ALL THE BALLOONS?
Or simply play the level (I have been walking off the edge to speed up my arcade runs)

@kiddingpigeon i'm not sure if it counts for the achievement doing that in the arcade run, i did mine in the minigame section where if you fall off it doesn't count and I had to get all 10 each time. if you happen to get it that way without getting all 10 in arcade lmk and i'll edit the solution as that'd be an easier way if it works

I'm not sure if this minigame is unlocked from the start, but if not, play through Arcade mode once first, and you'll unlock Pop The Slime Balloons. The minigames are accessed from the main menu by choosing Single Player at the bottom, then Minigames.
If you played Super Smash Bros back in the day, this minigame is identical to the Break the Targets minigame from that game. The goal is to hit all ten balloons in each stage, and each character has a stage designed for them. The timer counts up to see how long it takes you, so there's no time limit. You just need to pop all ten balloons, no matter how long it takes.
Almost every one of these is really easy or has no challenge at all. Some have no way to die, so it's just a matter of going from target to target. There are a couple, though, that are a pain. The Angry Beaver one looks tough until you realize that pressing
with them shoots a horizontal projectile really far, and is perfect for hitting those balloons out of reach. The hardest one, by far, is Nigel's. The end has three targets above an open pit, so you have one chance to hit all three or you're dead. It can be really frustrating with Nigel's slow attack and controls. Below is a clip of me doing it, to show what I did. It took me easily over ten tries, so be prepared for some frustration with this one, especially compared to how easy the others are.
