How to unlock the Everything is Connected achievement in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl - Definitive Guide
Doing every characters Arcade mode run including one on Very Hard difficulty for another achievement, should take under four hours.
The Very Easy runs should be under ten minutes. Very hard should take you roughly half an hour depending on skill and luck.
Arcade is seven fights long with every other fight giving you an option between two different randomly setup fights. All fights are 1v1.
Very Easy you get five lives and your opponents get one.
Very Hard you get three lives and so does your opponent.
You get infinite continues to retry if you lose all lives.
Upon completing each characters run you'll unlock three pieces of art for the Gallery in the Extras menu, their stage theme in the Jukebox section and a little orange triangle at the character select screen showing you which characters you have already done.
The game specifies "standard" brawlers because DLC is already planned, you must complete it with all the current fighters. I'll update this guide once the DLC characters come out.

So as of today, 12/9/21, it would be every character except Garfield. He was added for free today.

This must be done with the 20 standard brawlers. Brawlers unlocked through updates or future DLC do not count. Each Arcade consists of 7 stages and they can all be done on Very Easy difficulty. Very Easy difficulty is recommended because you start off with 5 stock and your opponent only has 1 stock. This way, each match only takes about 30-60 seconds and one full Arcade run can be completed in 5-7 minutes.
For some matches, you will get to choose who you would like to fight against. I recommend avoiding fights against Reptar, CatDog and Oblina where possible. Reptar requires a lot of damage to take down and Oblina and CatDog are annoying to attack because they move around the stage too fast. If you are still having trouble, you can return to the brawler selection screen to retry the run and there will be a new random selection of brawlers and stages for that run which should be easier.

As the description says, you need to beat Arcade mode with all non-DLC characters. This can be done on Very Easy difficulty, making this an absolute piece of cake. In Arcade mode on Very Easy, you get five lives and your opponent gets one, and you have unlimited continues. For every single fight, just use your attack (which is pretty much the equivalent of a smash attack from Super Smash Bros) over and over again on your opponent. I would often just juggle them up in the air with + until they were weak enough to go flying off screen. Some levels are little more annoying than others, but considering you can die five times, you will be able to make short work of each opponent.
While there are a ton of Arcade mode runs needed, each run only consists of seven stages (i.e. seven opponents), and each fight only takes a minute or two with the strategy above. It was taking me 8-10 minutes per playthrough on Very Easy, so while you do have a lot of characters to clear it with, it won't take long at all.
Note that, along the way to clearing Arcade mode with all characters, you should make it a point to do one run on Very Hard to take care of Ultimate Tool of Destruction (20G) and save yourself an additional run. The only other Arcade mode achievement is for clearing a run without losing a life. You will likely do this naturally during many of your necessary runs if you use the strategy above.
