I found playing as Reptar and spamming the
attack was strong enough to find yourself a cheap win against the bots team.
Personally I played against 2 SpongeBob and 1 Patrick, make sure to make them level 9. Also make sure you make them all the same banner color (team color).
I tried a bunch of stages but found "Space Madness" to be the ugliest, which was perfect.
The spam method might take you a few tries, 3 for me. You have to hope to hit them good enough that they fail to recover in the uneven terrain of the map. I was lucky to get some KOs will minimal damage because SpongeBob would get stuck and fail to recover. There is some luck to this too.

Space mountain Madness is definitely the map. The AI can't seem to handle the map very well. I turned on Friendly Fire just to see if it would mess with them which may have helped? I picked Korra and just ran away until two of them died just by falling (within the first minute). The last one I half-fought until he died to the side of the stage coming back.

Pick someone with a good down spike, like Oblina's down-strong air, or SpongeBob's aerial down special.
Go to the Powdered Toast Trouble stage and stand in the bowl of cereal, occasionally jumping so you don't fall down too far and die. Spike everyone into the cereal and they'll almost always die in one hit. Might take a few attempts but it's incredibly easy this way.

Despite the inconsistent wording on these three achievements for beating level 9 CPUs, they do all stack. So, all you need to do to unlock all three is set up a Battle game by yourself, set the three other players to CPU players, and increase their level to level 9. You'll also need to change the settings to Team game, and once you do that, you can change the team of each CPU player so they're all on the same team, against you by yourself.
This is definitely the hardest achievement in the game, but with a little luck and the right setup, it isn't too bad. Most importantly, pick the level Space Madness. You're essentially going to rely on the platforming to let the CPUs accidentally fall to their deaths on this chaotic level. All you're going to do is focus on platforming across the moving pieces and wait for the CPUs to all die. It took me probably around ten attempts, but each attempt was a minute or less. You can try and get some hits in, but that's risky, because it's very easy for them to overwhelm you and take you down with them.
As for opponents, I picked Spongebob, Patrick, and Nigel. I'm not sure that it matters a whole lot in this stage, but definitely stay away from the TMNT turtles and from Powdered Toast Man, as they all have really good recoveries. If you find you keep losing but one of your opponents consistently dies, try switching all of your opponents to that one character to see if they'll all die in the same fashion.

This trophy isn't as difficult as it sounds if you have the proper setup. Start a local battle and go into the settings. Set stock to 1 and turn on teams, friendly fire and critical KOs. Select Reptar for all 3 opponents and put them on the same team. Make sure to make them all level 9, as per the trophy description. I recommend playing as a fast character yourself (e.g. Sandy, CatDog or Oblina) so it will be easier to move around the stage and dodge your opponents. For the stage, select Space Madness.
