This is SIGNIFICANTLY easier than the perfection required in Nick Kart Racers 2. Just come in 1st place in ANY cup on ANY difficulty 40 times.
You can do whatever cups/difficulties you want and you just need to be 1st place overall at the end. You can even do the same cup multiple times on Slow speed and you'll get progress. (Most of the achievement trackers actually function!)

I’m stuck on 97%…I finished all 40 cups in first. Removed the game and redownloaded it, then completed all the insane cups again while finishing in 1st place. Still nothing, any ideas?
