Simply put, reach 200,000 ... Distance? While in jet ski mode. You can check stats in the game hub. I unlocked this right before I finished my last cup in normal difficulty (although difficulty selected doesn't matter).

When you are racing you will encounter roads, slime, and ... nothing (aka no ground). Your vehicle will transform automatically dependent upon what you are driving on. When you go over the slime is when your vehicle transforms into jetski mode.

To be even more specific the slime sections are the longer slime only (all liquid) areas. Driving over slime on a regular road doesn't do anything. It will be very apparent when your vvehicle transforms.

Sorry where did you see 200,000 as I have looked in the Hall of Fame and mine says I have done 416 km and I have the achievement?

It seems to be in meters. 416km is 416,000m
