Be the home team and use a NL team. By the time your pitcher is up to bat you should have atleast one or two turbos which you can than use them to hit a turbo homerun.
also turn off the tutorials so that the pitcher will bat when playing.

You may want to put that the pitcher WILL NOT BAT if the tutorials for the game are on. I just never bothered, finally got annoyed by it and turned them off and boom, Toph finally picked up the bat.

It's been awhile since I played the game but I used the SF giants and used Tim Lincecum. When you use the turbos to hit the home run you don't have to worry about the players contact or power.

1. Go to tournament mode select new tournament
2. Choose the dodgers
3. Play normally until you get a turbo and use it with the pitcher in bat he only has one star for both types of bat which is why you need the turbo once you hit it for a homer the achievement will pop.

Simply hit a Home Run with a pitcher. Activate turbo (
) to make hitting a Home Run easier.
*Note: Can only be achieved with a National League Team as American League Teams use the Designated Hitter.
